Where people are free to love who they love (but not get married grrrr to US law) and the view is stunning. I wanna see Alcatraz. The golden gate bridge by day and night. I wanna ride the cable cars. I wanna see where it all started with Harvey milk. I wanna see Sausalito. San Fran has long symbolised the promised land to me.
You will love SF. It is amazing and I still haven't seen it all. I've been to Alcatraz once, it was pretty interesting and VERY windy. There is this one place (forgot the name) in SF that you can go and see the entire city from above. The night pic you have is of the bay bridge that takes into Oakland, Hayward etc. I have to cross that bridge to get into SF from my mom and dad's house. It's scary though knowing an earthquake can happen any time while crossing a bridge. Back in 87 a section on the top row of the bay bridge fell to the bottom section during an earthquake. Fort Point is another good place to go. It is an area right next to the golden gate bridge. It's awesome.
ReplyDeleteOk, for me I really would love to see the world but one place I would like to see first is Hawaii. Not sure which island but I want to go there.
